How to access?

After finishing “YOUR FIRST TIME” (5th) mission, you’ll be able to tune your car (provided you have Yen and Reputation).

You can find Tuner Shop in the Main Menu

or on the World map in the Parts store.

You can also access it from any of your Garages.
