Frequently Asked Questions

 

We receive many interesting questions from you across our Social Media channels, Discord server, and Steam, and we are always happy to answer them all. Some questions, however, come up more frequently than others, which inspired us to create a FAQ list you can see down below. We hope it provides the answers you’re seeking – and perhaps even more!

 

FAQ List:

1. When will the full version of the game be released?

– The release is set on Spring 2025. We will be ready to announce the exact date soon.

 

2. Will the game be free?

– No, JDM: Japanese Drift Master will not be free and will operate in the Buy to Play model.

 

3. Will the game also be released on consoles?

– For now we focuss on the PC platforms, such as Steam, GoG and Epic Store. For more information on consoles, stay tuned to our announcements. More news on the topic coming soon.

 

4. Will there be a VR version of the game?

– We are exploring all possibilities, although we have no information about a VR version at the moment.

 

5. Which car brands will appear in the game?

– We know how important it is to offer as many awesome car brands as possible, and we are constantly trying to expand the base of available vehicles. For now you can enjoy: Mazda, Subaru and Nissan.

 

6. Does the game feature Mutliplayer mode?

– As for today, we are doing our best to provide players with the most refined and fun Singleplayer mode possible. We are aware that the Multiplayer mode is something that players deeply care about and we will be sure to explore all the possibilities in this regard.

 

7. My PC is quite old, will the game run on my set?

8. Is there a Demo version of the game? Will it be available after the full version of the game is released?

– Yes! You can play JDM: Rise of the Scorpion here ». The Demo will be available even after the full game release.
