Control Binding

You can freely set up controls in 2 ways: using Quick Setup or Custom Binding. Both methods have pros. The best results can be achieved by using Quick Setup first and then fine-tuning the steering with Custom Binding

You can find them in the steering settings.

Quick Setup

A simple way to assign basic actions to the buttons of your choice. You’ll be shown actions and asked to press the button you want to perform it.

Once you’re done, you’re ready to go. You can also fine-tune your setup by choosing Custom Binding and assigning buttons to more advanced options.

Custom Binding

If you’re looking to change every control setting to suit your needs, you can do that in the Custom Binding menu. Here you can find any action you want and assign it to whatever button/key you see fit, and save the whole control scheme as a new “Custom” preset.

Here, you can also press the “Input test” button to bring out the Input test menu. 

In the Input test menu, you can try your Steering, Throttle, Brakes, Clutch, and Handbrake inputs on a % based scale, and see if they work properly.
